Since 2005, Black Jack Ranch has grown from a humble family operation into one of the Southeast’s top producers of Wagyu and Angus cattle.

Today, we offer a nationally respected seedstock program and a beloved local farm to market store, each built on the same values we started with: integrity, care, and doing things the right way. Elite Wagyu Genetics with Proven Performance

At Black Jack Ranch, breeding cattle isn’t left to chance. We use trusted data, long-term strategy, and elite genetics to produce high-performance Wagyu and Angus seedstock. Our program includes two of the world’s top-ranking Wagyu females (S Yuriko 412M and Boni 413M) and our standout bull, LMR Samauri 1749J.

We evaluate every animal by key traits, including growth, marbling, fertility, and progeny performance. Registered with both the Australian and American Wagyu Associations, our cattle offer breeders worldwide transparency and confidence.

Ranch-Raised Wagyu & Angus Beef and Homemade Goods

Our farm store is stocked with the goods we’re proud to put our name on. Ranch-raised Wagyu and Angus beef (grass-fed, grain-finished), fresh-baked sourdough, housemade dips, seasonal sides, tallow soaps, cookies, kitchenware, gifts and more — all right here in Wiggins, Mississippi.

And you won’t want to miss our Saturday Farmer’s Market! Join us 8am-1:30pm for fresh produce, baked breads and sweets, and our food truck (every other Saturday), serving up Wagyu smashburgers, seasoned fries cooked in beef tallow, hot dogs made with our ranch beef, and fresh-squeezed lemonade.

Our cattle are grass-fed and grain-finished, and pasture-raised with care right here in Mississippi to produce the rich flavor and tenderness we’re known for. Available by the whole, half or quarter, reserving with Black Jack Ranch means you’re getting clean, local beef you can trust — and more value per pound than anything sitting in a grocery case.

From steaks and roasts to ground beef, bones, and specialty cuts, every order is custom-cut to your preferences based on the hanging weight of the animal. You choose how your freezer gets filled!
