Every Saturday from 8am – 1:30pm, shop our full range of Wagyu and Angus beef, baked goods, sides, produce, and soaps, plus enjoy our welcoming market atmosphere. And every other Saturday, enjoy our Black Jack Ranch food truck serving up Wagyu smashburgers, seasoned fries cooked in beef tallow, and other rotating specials.
